So often I find myself thinking that I don’t have time to get a good workout in. I’m very much an all or nothing person. If I can’t devote a few hours to riding my bike, I often don’t want to do anything at all. It wasn’t until recently that I realized that any amount of exercise counts. Now, when I’m sitting on the couch watching something on Hulu or watching my millionth episode of “How I Met Your Mother” on Netflix, I think to myself – maybe I have more time than I thought.
